Luxury Penthouse Style.

No...this is not a suave, sophisticated luxury apartment view from Miami, this is a 3rd floor beach apartment at the Cold Knap, Barry in the Vale of Glamorgan.

This fantastic view of the Bristol Channel & the rolling hills of Somerset is what our client wanted to take full advantage of & incorporate into the interior design of her apartment.

THE SOLUTION:

To extend the main bedroom area by removing the external/internal walls to use the balcony as part of the extension to the bedroom.

We then boxed in the area by designing & installing sets of fixed glazed floor to ceiling window frames coupled with sliding patio doors to the front area & side creating superb panoramic views.

Creative UPVC Solutions designed & installed all feature wall trims & cappings in PVC-U which maintained the bright,clean aesthetics around both external/internal areas.

WOW!!!
This is a shot of the bedroom fully extended featuring what was the balcony area(to the front of image) which is now fully boxed in bringing the whole design together.

Our client is so impressed with how the whole development worked out she is now deciding to stay at the apartment as this projects aim was to develop and put on the housing market!
In fact, our client has invited quite a few of her neighbours around for coffee & they are all astounded by the design that Creative UPVC Solutions have secured another 3 apartment developments all based on the same design...
